šæ About Maileg
Maileg is a Danish design company founded in 1999 by Dorthe and Erik Mailil, and still based in Herning, Denmark. Dortheās designs have a look all of their own: soft fabrics in unique printed patterns, tiny metal furniture and clever paper boxes that double as beds and houses. Maileg believes children thrive with simpler, well-made toys rather than plastic, and every piece is made to be loved, played with and handed down for generations. No wonder so many families start with one little mouse and end up with a whole Maileg world.
