*Next working day delivery for orders placed before 2pm, Monday–Friday.
We use Royal mail tracked services for all orders up to 2kg in weight that fit into a ‘small parcel’ box. For large box and heavy items orders are shipped using DPD.
Dispatch
Orders placed by 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend or on public holiday days will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note:
Next Day delivery may exclude weekends, because we are unable to guarantee service in your area. Orders placed on a Friday may arrive on Monday. Public holidays may also affect delivery times.
Royal Mail will only offer a delivery ‘aim’ for their tracked services; we are unable to manage Royal Mails performance or delivery schedules.
Carefully Packed
Each Binky order is packed by hand with attention and care, ensuring everything arrives safely and beautifully presented.
If anything arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@binkyshop.co.uk and we’ll take care of it.
Track Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey — from our warehouse to your door, if this does not arrive you can access this through your account or by contacting us at hello@binkyshop.co.uk.
We advise that you provide your mobile number at check out so you can receive tracking updates.
Missed Deliveries & Safe Places
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is held at a depot, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or redelivery using the tracking link provided.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

no one being available at the delivery address, and/or
-
failed redelivery or collection
the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
If you choose for your parcel to be left in a designated safe place, responsibility passes once the delivery is completed. We’re unable to accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged after being left in a safe place chosen by the customer.

Duties & Taxes
When shipping to Europe, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, Binky Ltd will apply:

a £10 reprocessing fee

return shipping costs
-
any outstanding duties or taxes
These must be paid before a refund can be processed. Refunds following a customs return may take up to 3 weeks from arrival back at our warehouse.

Returns
Returns Window
You have 45 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Seasonal extension:
Orders placed from 1 November may be returned until 31 January, allowing extra time for Christmas gifting.
If you have specific gifting timelines or special circumstances, please contact us within the returns window — where we can, we’ll always try to help.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:

unused and unassembled

in original packaging

with all tags attached
-
in the same condition as received
Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Please email hello@binkyshop.co.uk to request a return.
If approved, we’ll send you a return form with clear instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted and may incur a restocking charge.
Please send your return using a secure and trackable method. Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost, we will be unable to refund you for the item.
If an item is returned due to a missed delivery or returned to sender, return shipping and restocking costs will be deducted from any refund offered.
Damages, Faults & Missing Parts
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Contact us within 24 hours if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Contact us within 45 days if an item is faulty on opening or missing parts (extended to 31 January for Christmas orders).
If a fault develops after this time, please still get in touch — we’ll guide you through the next steps.

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, please contact us before ordering.
Exchanges
To receive an alternative item as quickly as possible, please return your original item first. Once accepted, you’re welcome to place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
