Shipping Cost's
Shipping costs will be shared at checkout, free UK shipping is offered for all orders over £40*. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 2pm.
We ship to both UK based addresses and Europe where shipping prices and times are extended.
We do ship to the highlands and islands, but this may take 2 working days for the express shipping service, with some exceptions for large box items please contact us at hello@binkyshop.co.uk with your shipping requirements.

When shipping to Europe it is the consumers responsibility to pay any duty's or tax's due. If the shipment is returned to sender because duties are not paid, Binky Ltd will charge a reprocessing fee of £10 to take products back into stock plus return shipping costs any duties to be paid before offering a refund. This can take up to 3 weeks to receive following return to our warehouse.

Shipping partners
We use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked services for all 24 hour shipping, for larger orders we may use DPD 24 hour tracked.
For the 2-4 day service we will use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked services.
DPD will only deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail Monday to Saturday in most regions.
Binky Bag & Gift Wrap
Binky bag's can be purchased at check out, when a bag is purchased, the items purchased depending on size will be placed in a Binky bag and loosely wrapped in tissue paper with a Binky Sticker applied.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 2pm.
Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following working day.
Our working days are Monday - Friday, excluding all public holidays.
You will be notified who your parcel has been sent with via email, with a link to track your order. If your order has not arrived within the above time frame, please check the tracking link sent to you in your Dispatch Confirmation email for an update regarding your delivery. Please note, due to the volume of orders being dispatched, we are unable to individually track every order as it leaves our warehouse, however, if there is an issue with tracking or delivery, we are of course, happy to help.
Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Binky cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by elements outside of our control.
It is the consumers responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If items are returned to sender due to incorrect details being provided or the consumer not collecting an item from a delivery partner. The consumer is liable to pay for return shipping and processing costs, before we will offer a refund.
If a delivery is damaged or lost due to it being left in the customers chosen 'safe place' we are unable to accept responsibility.
Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note over the Christmas period this policy is extended until the 5th January, for orders purchased from the 1st November.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns within the 45 days returns window about your specific gifting timelines, in special circumstances we may be able to assist.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@binkyshop.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage / shipping for returns. Binky will not pay the postage of any unwanted items, unless they are faulty. All items must be returned in the condition you recived, with all tags still attached and product and packaging included, including the Binky bag.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make right.
If the item is defective or missing parts please contact us within 45 days of receipt, over the Christmas period this time is extended until the 5th January.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returned to sender or returns without notifying customer services.
It is the consumers responsibility to contact Binky ltd to notify and process a return, if a return is sent without informing Binky Ltd, we maybe unable to process the return back to the consumer. If the order is identifiable a return charge will be deducted from the refund £8 to cover the reprocessing costs.
If an order is returned to the warehouse by the courier as 'returned to sender' or because incorrect details where provided the consumer is liable to pay a return charge of £8 which will be deducted from the refund amount plus any additional costs incurred for returned shipping.
