How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Binky Club is free. Create an account on the website, and your 300 welcome points will be added straight away.
When do my points appear?
Order points are credited to your account once your order has been dispatched. Bonus points for signing up, following us and birthdays are added instantly.
How do I spend my points?
Sign in to your profile, click on Binky Club, and you will see your points balance and your accrued vouchers: £5, £10, £15 off or free shipping. Simply click redeem and it will be in yur cart.
What happens to points if I return something?
Points earned on returned items are removed from your balance when the refund is processed. If you paid with a coupon, its value comes back as points.
