When will I get my order?
Your time is golden, so if you place your order before 2pm on Monday to Friday your order will ship the same day. For mainland UK deliveries our slowest delivery time is 48 hours.

We ship with Royal Mail, or for larger items DPD.

Do you ship to remote areas, the highlands, and islands?
Yes, we are happy to serve the highlands, islands and remote areas. We ship most of our toys using Royal Mail, because they offer the most reliable service to remote areas in the UK.

Do you ship abroad?
We do to most of Europe, we are currently looking to expand our shipping to the US.

How do I pay for my order?
We offer many payment options, including Credit / debit card, Shop, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Apple pay & Google Pay.

Can I spread the cost of my order?
Yes you can, we offer Klarna payments, plus you can pay using your PayPal account which offers Pay in 3 and other credit options.

Can I pick up my order?
We cannot offer collection for orders.

Do you have a shop?
We are online only; this ensures that every gift you buy from us is in tip top condition. Plus, we are not wasting any energy and resources by keeping a shop open, heated and lit all day.

Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes we do, contact us at hello@binkyshop.co.uk and we will happily support.

Can I return my items?
Yes, we offer a 45 day returns policy, over the festive period this is extended to the 5th January. If you have any concerns or have a specific date you are buying for, contact us forfurther support.

Can I exchange my items?
We do not offer exchanges because the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What if I place an order by mistake?
Ops, we have all done it! Email us at hello@binkyshop.co.uk as quickly as you realise, we will try to cancel your order before it leaves our depot. If we don’t catch it in time, you will have to return the items to us for a refund or refuse delivery. We will refund your goods when they arrive back to us. Please do inform us of your mistake. 

What if I shared the incorrect address?
Email us at hello@binkyshop.co.uk as quickly as you realise, we will try to amend your order before it leaves our depot. If we don’t catch it in time, we’re afraid it will be delivered to your incorrect address because most of our parcels leave on the same day of order.

Who is Binky?
Rather, what is a binky. A Binky is a hop and a skip of sheer joy, a jump that a bunny does when they are so happy, they could burst. This is what we want children to do when they open a gift from our store. So why binky we have pet bunnies called Moku & Kiro that do lots of Binky’s! 

Who run’s Binky?
Binky was founded by Alexis. Who spent over 20 years collaborating and working for some of the biggest brands and retailers globally, setting trends and designing the latest toys, gifts, and fashion before setting up Binky.

As we grow, we always put family and children at the heart of all that we do. Ensuring our products are the best quality, offering the best customer service which is both approachable & supportive. We keep to our word; our deliveries, are sent on time and quickly, and if things go wrong, we will help you track down your delivery too. So, there’s no hanging around for you not knowing when you will receive your gifts!

What is conscious gifting and why are you not plastic free?
At Binky we source the best toys and gifts that look great, play well, and are made to last and where possible are plastic free and manufactured in a way that is conscious of our environment. We only work with manufacturers who have ethical working practices and manufacture consciously.

With our background in design and manufacturing we can deliver and ensure that these ethical standards are upheld. So, you can be confident that gifts from Binky support both our environment and the wellbeing of our communities for the future.

Are you sustainable?
We sure are, we only work with manufacturers who have ethnical working practices and manufacture consciously. We also like to work with companies who give back to their communities and environmental projects.

We work tirelessly to ensure that our buying, packaging, and shipping choices are conscious of the environment and the ethical standards are upheld.

Quality is key, we love reuse and handing on, therefore all our toys are bought with quality in mind, and many are great to hand on when play is finished. A great place to start is charities such as the Toy Project who resell and gift toys on.

Do you support charities?
Every year we commit a minimum of 1% of our turnover to charities, in 2022 we donated over 2% of our turnover by gifting to charities such as Well Child, GOSH & The toy project.

In 2024 we continue our relationships with these three charities. We are always looking to expand on these relationships, so watch this space.
