Who is Binky?

A binky is a hop, skip and jump of sheer joy the leap a bunny makes when it’s really happy. That’s exactly how we want children to feel when they open a gift from us.

The name was inspired by my daughter B's own bunnies, Moku & Kiro, who do plenty of binkies themselves.

Who runs Binky?

Binky was founded by Alexis, who spent over 25 years working with leading global brands designing toys, gifts and fashion.
Family and children sit at the heart of everything we do.

What is conscious gifting?

We curate beautiful, playable toys and gifts that are made to last. Where possible, products are plastic-free and made responsibly.
We only work with manufacturers who meet ethical and conscious production standards.

Are you sustainable?

Yes. Quality is key we believe in reuse, longevity and passing toys on.
We choose partners who manufacture ethically, give back to their communities and consider their environmental impact.

Do you support charities?

Yes. Each year we donate a percentage of turnover through gifting to charities such as WellChild, GOSH and The Toy Project.

When will I get my order?

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
Mainland UK delivery is usually within 48 hours.
We ship via Royal Mail or DPD for larger items.

Do you ship to remote areas?

Yes including Highlands, Islands and remote UK locations. We mainly use Royal Mail for reliability.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most of Europe. US shipping is coming soon.

How can I pay?

We accept debit/credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes we offer Klarna and PayPal’s Pay in 3 options.

Do you have a shop?

We’re online only. This keeps our footprint low and ensures every gift arrives in perfect condition.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes — email hello@binkyshop.co.uk and we’ll help.

Can I return items?

Yes we offer a 45-day returns policy, extended to 31 January over the festive period.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.
