We love how much everyday life happens around a kitchen counter, even a mouse-sized one. Cooking up soup, washing the dishes and laying the table all build role play, language and fine motor skills, and it’s a lovely way to grow a Maileg world one piece at a time.

🌿 About Maileg
Maileg is a Danish design company founded in 1999 by Dorthe and Erik Mailil, and still based in Herning, Denmark. Dorthe’s designs have a look all of their own: soft fabrics in unique printed patterns, tiny metal furniture and clever paper boxes that double as beds and houses. Maileg believes children thrive with simpler, well-made toys rather than plastic, and every piece is made to be loved, played with and handed down for generations. Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note over the Christmas period this policy is extended until the 5th January, for orders purchased from the 1st November.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns within the 45 days returns window about your specific gifting timelines, in special circumstances we may be able to assist.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
